I teach Brio Birth and other natural childbirth classes. Brio Birth is a comprehensive course emphasizing relaxation, exercise, nutrition, working with birth professionals, and other strategies to keep mother and baby healthy and make birth a positive experience. I welcome expectant parents in all kinds of families, from single moms to same-sex couples to poly arrangements, as well as those in more traditional relationships!
